I'm so excited to be with you here again for another episode of Gaining the Master's Edge. And so today we are in a series on biblical meditation and this series is really just a very small snapshot of a fuller group coaching class that I teach.

This passage of scripture, it outlines a biblical definition of meditation. It is described as taking “delight in the law of the Lord” and “habitually meditating day and night” on God’s word. This meditation will bring about spiritual prosperity and maturity.
